What to Expect:

Personalized Holistic Approach: Each session is tailored to you - The different practitioners may use a variety of techniques, including conversation, guided movement or breath, hands-on touch (focused on the neck and shoulders), kinesiological energetic assessments, ...to help you access the deeper wisdom of your body.

Collaborative Space: The tent is shared amongst 3-5 other practitioners who all work in Somatics/Embodiment, offering a their specific flavour of Somatic approach and perspectives.
