Bring along a stone and come sit down in a circle. Place the stone with a word that is meaningful to you and tell your story.

Listen.

When all the stories are shared, write the word on your hand, and, with your consent, I will film hands and stones together, so we can make a visual testimony (illustration, witness, manifestation) of what moves us and what we would like to hand over to others.

Release the stone from your word. Safe travels!

This is part of a project I’ve set the intention to create called ‘speaking stones’.

It’s inspired by Joanna’s Macy’s Work that Reconnects and a promise made to a mountain.

To me, we are interconnected, living creatures sharing intertwined ecosystems on a finite planet.

We are family, but seem to forget we are. This is why I’m creating an online space where you can listen to inspiring stories that help reconnect and care.
