Culminating our 4-day program on Cultivating Sustainable Ecosystems, we will tour a local vineyard learning about their agro-ecology, permaculture, and biodynamic farming techniques. After the tour participants will be invited to a wine tasting, trying 4 different wines grown using these sustainable farming practices. The vineyard welcomes us into a new, reverential, healing relationship with nature and to create farms which provide net ecological benefit to their communities and bioregions through the creation of vibrant, life enhancing farmscapes.
