This Kungfu Demo Rehearsal workshop blends music with martial arts movements, exploring rhythm and embodiment through breath, timing, and flow. Based on the techniques and forms students have learned, participants will design and choreograph a short performance piece guided by musical structure. Beyond precision of movement, the focus is on rhythm, spatial awareness, and expressive storytelling—transforming each sequence into a performative language of strength and grace, culminating in a dynamic martial arts mini-performance.
