If you’re looking for something different this New Year’s Eve,

not a countdown, not a packed club, not a night driven by schedules,

Chiang Mai might be the right place to be.

Here, time moves a little slower.

Space feels more open.

People don’t rush toward a single moment.

This New Year’s Eve, we want to bring that Chiang Mai spirit into one space,

and let you decide how you want to cross the year.

This night is co-hosted by

ETHChiangmai × 4Seas × 706 Chiang Mai.

4Seas is a large space, with multiple areas —

indoors, a backyard, the front, and quiet corners.

You’re free to move between them and create your own atmosphere.

You don’t need to strictly follow a 1–2–3–4 agenda.

Come in, step out, wander, stay —

follow the vibe.

We start with dinner at 19:00.

There will be food, and also a mini cooking potluck (registration required).

Bring a dish you like, or simply come and eat together.

After 21:00, the night slowly opens up.

There will be light sharing and interactions —

introduce yourself, share your moment of the year,

or your favorite meme.

Nothing needs to be polished.

At 22:00, if we can form a band in 10 minutes,

we’ll play an improvised set.

If not, that’s perfectly fine.

Around 23:30, we’ll prepare small fireworks —

the kind you can light yourself.

At midnight, you choose where to be:

having drinks and conversations in the backyard,

staying indoors with the big screen or singing,

or standing outside, lighting fireworks and looking at the sky.

No mandatory gathering.

Where you are is where your New Year happens.

You’re welcome to bring your own things —

your favorite drinks, games, a deck of cards,

or even an instrument or a story you want to share.

This is less about a program,

and more about atmosphere, space, and vibe.
