DWeb China Meetup：想象开放的互联网
DWeb China Meetup 是一个汇聚开发者、研究者、艺术家与社区组织者的开放聚会。我们将以「去中心化 Web（Decentralized Web）」的核心精神为指引——开放协作、数字主体性、多样性、互助与可持续——共同探索下一代互联网的可能性。
在这个快速变化的时代，我们相信技术应服务于人，赋能每一个个体拥有自主权、隐私与选择；我们也相信，网络不应是由少数巨头掌控的结构，而是由所有参与者共同编织的多中心生态。
本次 Meetup 将为大家提供一个轻松又富有启发的空间，让参与者能够：
- 连接：与来自开源社区、数字文化、社会创新 、Web3、P2P 技术等领域的伙伴建立真实连接。

嘉宾介绍
Wendy Hanamura
Wendy Hanamura 是 Internet Archive 的合作伙伴关系总监，该机构是世界上最大的数字图书馆之一。近三十年来，Internet Archive 一直为全球学习者免费提供对一万亿个网页的访问——这一庞大的文化遗产收藏。她曾帮助创建并领导 2016 与 2018 年的 Decentralized Web Summits 以及 DWeb Camp。她的职责领域包括传播与内容策略、战略规划、筹款以及合作伙伴关系建设，所有工作都服务于 Internet Archive 的使命：让知识实现普遍可及。
Brooklyn Zelenka
Brooklyn 是 Fission 的联合创始人，她的团队致力于构建工具，将 local-first 原则交到所有开发者手中。她创立了 Vancouver Functional Programming Meetup，也是多个 Elixir 库的作者，包括 Witchcraft 与 Exceptional。她持续通过一系列标准推动更广泛的 web 与 edge 生态向前发展，包括 UCAN 身份验证、WebNative File System、Rhizome 分布式数据库、Interplanetary Virtual Machine，并协助多个组织推进规范与标准。目前，Brooklyn 在独立研究实验室 Ink & Switch 工作，探索未来的思维工具，当前研究主题包括 Local-first Software、Malleable Software、Programmable Ink 和 Universal Version Control。
Christian Tschudin
Christian Tschudin 是 University of Basel 的正教授，并领导该校的 Computer Networks Group。在加入 University of Basel 之前，他曾在 ICSI（Berkeley, California）担任博士后研究员，并在 Uppsala University（Sweden）担任副教授。他拥有数学文凭，并在 University of Geneva 获得计算机科学博士学位。在信息中心网络（information-centric networking）领域，他是 CCN-lite 的主要作者，并提出了 named function networking 的概念，作为对 NDN 的补充。
Helena Rong

Mathias Buus
作为瑞士 Holepunch 的 CEO，Mathias 将他对开源开发的热情与深厚经验发挥得淋漓尽致，已向 npm（Node.js 的包管理器）发布了超过 1000 个模块，每月下载量达数十亿次。
Mathias Buus 是来自 Copenhagen 的自学成才的 JavaScript hacker。他全职从事开源项目，并从 Node.js 0.2 时代起就开始使用它。Mathias 喜欢研究 P2P 与分布式系统，是资深的分布式系统工程专家，也是超过 550 个 npm 模块的作者，其中包括多款最流行的流处理相关工具。此外，他还曾在世界各地的会议上分享各种“mad science”项目。
Yù Chāngyuǎn
Yù Chāngyuǎn，自由与开源软件爱好者，上海Linux用户组维护者，Haskell 与 Nix 资深用户，曾翻译《Haskell并行与并发编程》一书。Yu 老师是一位 lifehacker，喜欢摄影，爱好园艺，也养了一些淡水鱼。最近一段时间的兴趣是搭建海缸系统以及在微控制器上运行rust代码。
SHLUG即Shanghai Linux User Group的缩写，于1997年7月份成立，是中国第一个Linux User Group，SHLUG致力于在上海地区推广Linux软件、宣传自由软件文化、交流Linux技术、帮助Linux爱好者。目前，SHLUG定期在每周四组织爱好者进行线下交流，同时有微信群等方式供LUG成员进行线上交流，不断延续着“推广、宣传、交流、帮助”的创立初心

Wendy Hanamura
Wendy Hanamura is the Director of Partnerships at the Internet Archive, one of the world’s largest digital libraries. For near thirty years, the Internet Archive has provided learners everywhere with free access to one trillion Web pages—a vast collection of our cultural heritage. She helped create and lead the Decentralized Web Summits in 2016 & 2018 and DWeb Camp, and her areas of responsibility include communication and content strategy, strategic planning, fundraising, and partnership building, all in service of the Internet Archive’s mission: universal access to knowledge.
Brooklyn Zelenka
Brooklyn co-founded Fission, where her team is building tools that puts local-first principles into the hands of all developers. She founded the Vancouver Functional Programming Meetup, and is the author of several Elixir libraries including Witchcraft & Exceptional. She continues to push the broader web and edge space forward with standards including UCAN auth, the WebNative File System, the Rhizome distributed database, the Interplanetary Virtual Machine, and helping with on spec and standards across multiple orgs. Brooklyn is now working at Ink & Switch, an independent research lab exploring the future of tools for thought, current research topics including Local-first Software, Malleable Software, Programmable Ink and Universal Version Control.
Christian Tschudin
Christian Tschudin is a full professor at the University of Basel and leads the Computer Networks Group. Before joining the University of Basel, he was a postdoctoral researcher at ICSI, Berkeley, Californa, and an associate professor at Uppsala University, Sweden. He has a diploma degree in mathematics and earned a computer science Ph.D. at the University of Geneva. Regarding information-centric networking, he is the main author of CCN-lite and introduced the concept of named function networking as a complement to NDN.
Helena Rong
Dr. Helena Rong is an Assistant Professor of Interactive Media and Business at NYU Shanghai, with an interdisciplinary focus on urban technology, collective intelligence, and digital governance. Her work examines how emerging technologies (blockchains, decentralized AI, urban IoT) can transform collective life and foster new forms of civic trust. She leads research on Trust Experience Design (TXD), intentional communities and digital nomadism, and the institutional challenges posed by the emerging agentic web. Across her projects, she explores how sociotechnical systems can enable more resilient, participatory, and imaginative modes of urban living. Previously, she has conducted research at MIT’s Real Estate Innovation Lab (co-authoring the book Value of Design: Creating Agency Through Data-Driven Insights, 2025) and at the MIT Senseable City Lab, working on autonomous urban systems (“roboat” waterborne vehicles for novel use cases). As a 2022–23 Technology and Public Purpose Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School’s Belfer Center, she conducted research on decentralized trust-building frameworks and tech policy.
Mathias Buus
As CEO of Holepunch, Mathias brings his passion and extensive expertise in open-source development to the fore, having published more than 1000 modules to npm, the Node.js package manager, totalling billions of downloads every month.
Mathias Buus is a self taught JavaScript hacker from Copenhagen. He works full time on open source projects and has been working with Node.js since the 0.2 days. Mathias likes to work with P2P and distributed systems and is the author of more than 550 modules on npm, including some of the most popular ones for working with streams. In addition he has spoken about “mad science” projects at various conferences around the world.
Yù Chāngyuǎn
Yù Chāngyuǎn is a free and open-source software enthusiast, a maintainer of the Shanghai Linux User Group, and an experienced Haskell and Nix user. He translated the book Parallel and Concurrent Programming in Haskell. Yu is also a lifehacker who enjoys photography and gardening, and keeps some freshwater fish. Recently, he has been interested in building a marine aquarium system and running Rust code on microcontrollers.
SHLUG is the abbreviation for the Shanghai Linux User Group. Founded in July 1997, it is the first Linux User Group in China. SHLUG is dedicated to promoting Linux software in the Shanghai area, advocating the culture of free software, sharing Linux technologies, and supporting Linux enthusiasts. Currently, SHLUG organizes regular in-person meetups every Thursday, and also offers online communication channels such as WeChat groups for LUG members—continuing its original mission of “promotion, advocacy, communication, and support.”
