Doors open at 6:30 PM — come early to enjoy dinner or a drink before we get moving.

At 7:30 PM, we'll start with a 30-minute beginner-friendly taster class, where you'll learn how to dance to blues music — both solo and with a partner (if you want).

✨ Never danced before? Perfect! This style welcomes absolute beginners. Come solo or bring friends — we rotate partners during the class so everyone gets to try.

After the class, stick around for a couple hours of social dancing to DJed blues tunes. Think slow grooves, close connection, and improvisation — less about fancy footwork, more about feeling the music together. It's smooth, expressive, and full of feeling.

Blues music and dance both trace their roots to African American communities in the early 20th century, carrying stories of resilience, creativity, and joy. The dance is as much about connection and expression as it is about the groove.

Just want to hang and enjoy the vibe without dancing? That's totally welcome too. Come for the music, the atmosphere, and good company.
