Salsa is a lively social dance full of energy, rhythm, and connection. The music is joyful, upbeat, and impossible not to move to!

One of the greatest things of salsa (and bachata) is that you can attend salsa dance parties almost EVERYWHERE in the world! For example last year at devConnect in Bangkok, I went to a Salsa party on the 34th floor in the city center, Imagine that!

⚠️IMPORTANT NOTE⚠️ This is a series of TWO classes of which this is the FIRST. The second class will build upon what we will learn in this one. If there is still spots left for the second class and you missed the first session, feel free to still come, but it helps if you practice the basics with someone before.

I’ve been dancing salsa for about three years. I started with classes in Amsterdam and later flew to Colombia to experience the real thing. I love this dance, and I can’t wait to share that passion with everyone at Edge!

⚠️Ticket/Role selection⚠️

Salsa has two roles: Leader and Follower. Traditionally, men lead and women follow, but feel free to choose whichever role suits you best. For first-timers, following tradition can make it easier to get started.
