Many of us reshape how we speak, move, or think to fit into spaces that were not designed for how our minds naturally work. Some call that masking, others call it survival.
This circle is a gentle, co-created space to explore what it means to be understood. We will share experiences from both neurodivergent and neurotypical perspectives, reflect on masking, communication, and belonging, and imagine what safety could look like if we did not have to hide parts of ourselves.
This will be hosted weekly, with each session diving deeper into a different theme related to neurodivergence and communication. Future circles will explore specialist topics such as sensory experience, social burnout, and emotional regulation. The first session will be an open sharing circle for anyone who feels called to join.
I am hosting this as part of Unmask, a new tool being built to help people listen and understand neurodivergence better.
You do not need to identify as neurodivergent to come along. Curiosity, openness, and empathy are more than enough.
