In this Dharma talk Lindsay Sanwald & Janne Kukka explore the practice of Noble Silence as a doorway into deeper listening, presence, and insight. Rather than simply refraining from speech, Noble Silence invites us into a fuller relationship with ourselves and the world around us.
This session will offer reflections and practical guidance from both Buddhist and Yogic traditions for those preparing to take part in the Day of Silence on Tuesday 10/28, supporting a more grounded and intentional entry into the stillness ahead.
