Tony is the Co-Founder / Director of Strategy and Operations at the Decentralization Research Center (DRC), a Washington, D.C. based think tank and advocacy organization advancing pro-decentralization blockchain and AI policy through research, education, and direct engagement with policymakers. 

Previously, Tony co-founded a blockchain and AI startup, worked in organization design and operations automation for Goldman Sachs, and was Head of Governance at the Stanford Blockchain Club. 

He holds an M.B.A. from Stanford and an M.A. from New York University.
