Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence (AI) are two of the most transformative technologies shaping the future of digital innovation. Blockchain provides a secure, immutable ledger for transparent and tamper-proof data management, while AI offers advanced machine learning and predictive analytics for intelligent decision-making. When combined, these technologies unlock new possibilities—enabling trustless automation, decentralized intelligence, and data-driven systems that are greater than the sum of their parts.

In this talk, the speaker will share the vision and ongoing work on integrating AI and Blockchain, highlighting opportunities, challenges, and future directions at the intersection of decentralization and machine intelligence.

Qingsong Wei is currently a principal scientist and group manager at the Institute of High Performance Computing, A*STAR, Singapore. His research interests include decentralized computing, trustworthy federated learning, privacy-enhancing technology, blockchain and large-scale storage systems, etc.
