Group workshop: A 90 minute deep dive to help you see the pattern that’s been running the show - and begin to loosen its grip. We’ll identify the emotional symptoms or life challenges you're facing and trace them back to their underlying cause - usually an unconscious belief or protective pattern formed early in life.

As there are only 16 spots, we’ll close the container at 2:45 PM (though you can leave anytime you like!). So please RSVP and I will reach out on Telegram to confirm your attendance.

Ahead of the session, take a few minutes to reflect on a recurring emotional pattern in your life—one where you tend to react strongly, say or do something you regret, or feel stuck in the same emotional loop. This could be a dynamic with a certain person, a situation that always triggers stress or shutdown, or a type of pressure that creates emotional intensity for you. You’re aware of this pattern but can’t seem to stop it. Come ready to explore it.

    Here are some examples:

    • You shut down at work when someone gives you constructive feedback or criticizes you.

    • You get defensive when your partner or friend doesn’t agree with you.

    • When you speak to your mom or dad, things they typically say put you in shut-down mode or fight mode

    • You over-apologize or people-please to avoid conflict or disapproval.

    • You play small / avoid speaking up in group settings, even when you have something to say.

    • You feel deep resentment when others don’t recognize your effort.

    • You take on too much because saying no feels selfish or scary.

    • You seek validation from people who consistently let you down.
