Our nature - assets - experiences - surroundings… shape how we think, how we communicate and who we engage with.
But as builders, explorers, and founders, we’re limited unless we find people far outside the zones we've grown comfortable in. People who frustrate us, puzzle us, or speak an entirely different language of industry, logic, or ideology.
If we want to maximize our gifts—we may want to learn to share our assets and co-create across spectrums. And this is a beautiful key in friendship too.
