Forget “waiting for inspiration.” In this one-hour sprint we use a step-by-step protocol (designed by artist-scientist Jeff Lieberman) to take you from a cold start to live freestyle creation—no experience needed, just curiosity & willingness to try. Show up in the first 15 minutes to join the ride; we’ll supply the framework, you supply the neurons, and by the end you’ll be riffing out loud with the group.
