In the workshop will be building multiagent llm system that will call longevity machine learning models and ageing research databases.

Prerequisites:

• Laptop

• Basic python coding skills

• Setup conda/micromamba/virtual envirnment with https://github.com/longevity-genie/just-agents We will not be waiting for people to setup environments during the workshop, please do it in advance! Same for keys! The groq one is free, by the way.

• get any of groq ( https://console.groq.com/keys ) or openai ( https://platform.openai.com/api-keys ). Localy installed lama3.2 or similar models are also ok (but they must have parallel function calling abilities)

• Optional]: add https://bio-learn.github.io/ to your envirnment and download methylation sample from there

• [Optional] install docker with docker-compose on your laptop
