Following the rhythm of the earth with Ines Rolo Amado

This is a project, started, or rather touched upon in Norway, back in 2016, where I worked with refugees, to be further developed for Tribes. Following the rhythm of the earth is focussed upon the rhythms of Mother Earth and our interconectivity to each other and to the earth, as we are in reality one in essence. Following the rhythm of the earth is  a following and listening in-depth to ourselves alongside observing, listening deeply, surveying, absorbing and being immersed in each tree, each plant, each being we encounter, thus allowing the earth to talk to us through total surrender. Listening to its / our vibration, listening to the pain, listening to the sorrow, listening to the beauty, listening to the hope, listening to and through love, - listening in gratitude - listening as one entity, not separate but united and in unison. Thus my focus will be on what the earth / us are experiencing in relation to time and space. How is the earth, the land, the soil and the trees coping with the acceleration of time. Time, this illusory thing that we all follow and are bound by, how is that manifesting itself on the soil on the trees, on growth on beings? Through this process I am hoping to learn expand and further develop my artistic output whilst simultaneously involve others in collaboration, participation and immersion.

I will start with a series of Deep Listening® exercises and interrelated participation allowing a first interaction and deep grounding, then the process to open up and get greater immersion and participation.
