We are excited to announce that we’ll be organizing a weekend field trip for Edge Esmeraldans to Camp Navarro, a beautiful campground 1.5 hours away from Healdsburg with cabins for all (note camping gear is not required). We’ll head there on Friday afternoon and we’ll head back on Sunday.
This event is being co-organized by Erica Blair from the Burning Man Project. It will be a magical weekend focused on reflecting on and co-creating culture together. We would love everyone joining to come for the whole weekend vs coming up for a single day as day visitors will be disruptive.
Timing: Board the shuttle at 3pm on Friday June 21st, or carpool. There will be return shuttles on Sunday at 11am.
Cost:
$300 to buy a ticket which covers accommodation, all meals, activities while at camp Navarro, and round-trip transportation. Kids tickets are $100.
Free if you have a reservation at Hotel Trio or Dry Creek Inn through that weekend and are willing to fully move out of your room for the weekend (you can leave your bags with the hotel).

Afternoon (~3PM): shuttle to Camp Navarro
Evening — dinner in small groups with curated discussion topics.
Nighttime — hangs by the campfire, story time, star-gazing hike.

Afternoon — activities and free time to explore!

Cabins
There are 32 cabins that sleep 2-8 people each depending on the configuration
14 in the lower camp (family zone), and 17 in the upper camp (quiet zone)
Each cabin has wood-framed beds and bunk beds (queen and twin variations) with foam mattresses or Tempur-Pedic mattresses
All cabins have electricity, lighting, and are equipped with space heaters and mirrors
Bedding includes pillows, sheets, and Rumpl comforters
