Saturday sports day

Although we have the run club, yoga and gym workouts we wanted one day each week to play!

Saturday afternoon sports is reserved for fun team sports like basketball, soccer, volleyball, dodgeball or tennis and paddleball! Everyone is welcome - don't hesistate to bring your families as well! You can also bring equipment for other sports that you would like to play :)

We meet at the community center Healdsburg - let's have fun together and get to know fellow attendees!

Please bring plenty of water and sunscreen as it is still really hot around that time.
