Let’s drop out of the head, and into our hearts.
In a world that moves so fast — and a mind that rarely stops — HeartSpace is two hours of gentleness, once a week, together.
In this experimental SatSang, our intention is to create space for truth, whilst feeling connected to ourself, and with one another.
If you looking for a different kind of social gathering, where the presence of a moment is encouraged over intellectualization, then we warmly invite you to join us!
Each evening flows gently through:
· Opening circle & welcome
· Light movement & somatic practice — arriving into the body
· Guided meditation — deepening into the heart
· Breathwork — opening the heart, settling into coherence
· Dialogue & group exploration on heart-related topics: emotional wellness, mindfulness, self-enquiry, relationships, purpose, spirituality, yoga, awareness, gratitude, intuition, and more
· Closing shares & integration
Nothing to prepare, nothing to get right. You’re welcome to participate as fully or as quietly as feels good.
Together we create a space to meet the heart more deeply — your own, and those around you — and maybe, to open to a spark of the mystery. Leave with a soft warmth resting in your heartspace.
Everyone is welcome — regulars of meditation and complete beginners alike. 现场会提供中文字幕,欢迎中国朋友的加入。(Chinese friends welcome — live Chinese subtitles at every session.)
