This hands-on workshop is a beginner-friendly introduction to Logos and Basecamp, the desktop app that puts an entire private technology stack on your own machine. No deep blockchain background needed, we start from zero and build up.

What Logos is: a private-by-default stack for building things that run on your hardware, not someone else's. If you've used Linux, you already get the idea.
How the blockchain works: blocks, nodes, and consensus explained from scratch, then how Logos does it privately using zero-knowledge proofs and a mixnet.
Meet Basecamp: one app that bundles a node, wallet, storage, and chat, with a module manager that discovers new tools automatically.
Run it yourself: the hands-on part. We'll download or build Basecamp, join the live testnet, spin up a node, and make a private transfer.
By the end, you'll have Basecamp running on your own laptop, your node live on the network, and a real feel for what a parallel society built on freedom actually looks like.
What to bring: a laptop (Linux, macOS or Windows) and about 20 minutes of patience for the build. That's it.
