Format of the session:
Participants make a statement - For ex (from this morning): “Africa’s elites cannot outsource their countries’ developmental ambitions.”
In this session, we will try to move from such a broad statement to a diagnosis, a hypothesis and then to an action.
In general, the session encourages discussion on work/project/research that is/can be measured through a set of indicators.
