在这场 120 分钟的社区营造工作坊中，Rebecca（Zuzalu Longevity Chiangmai Co-Founder）将带我们从共同回顾出发，梳理 Zuzalu 的演进路径与全球 Longevity 的关键事件，然后在 Figma 上一起动手设计未来社区与网络。
我们会围绕两个核心问题共创：\\
Longevity 社区是什么样的？空间、规则、日常、角色与关系，一个理想的 Longevity community 应具备哪些元素？\\
Longevity network 会发生什么？当多个社区节点形成网络，资源如何流动？会产生哪些跨节点事件？网络如何治理？
我们将采用 design thinking + placemaking 方法，并在 Figma 上实时协作。每位参与者只需要一台可上网的电脑和一个浏览器标签页。无论你是 Longevity 实践者、社区 builder、设计师、研究者，还是单纯好奇未来健康生活方式的人，你的想法都很重要。
现场会投票选出最值得尝试的 1-2 个创意，并在未来推动为真实实验。

We are witnessing the convergence of two powerful currents: the experimental community model enabled by the Zuzalu network, and the accelerating global movement of Longevity, from longevity science to healthier ways of living.
In this 120-minute hands-on community-building workshop, Rebecca, Co-Founder of Zuzalu Longevity Chiangmai, will guide us through a shared retrospective on the Zuzalu journey and major global Longevity events. We will then move into co-creation on Figma and design future communities and networks together.
We will work around two core questions:\\
What does a Longevity community look like? Spaces, rules, daily rituals, roles, and relationships. What elements make an ideal Longevity community?\\
What will happen in a Longevity network? When multiple community nodes form a network, how do resources flow? What cross-node events emerge? How is the network governed?
We will use design thinking and placemaking methodologies, and collaborate live on Figma. All you need is a laptop, an internet connection, and a browser tab. Whether you are a Longevity practitioner, community builder, designer, researcher, or simply curious about future ways of healthy living, your voice matters.
Outcome: We will vote on the 1-2 most promising ideas on the spot and turn them into real experiments in the future.
