    PLAY
A Human Lab Experience (part 1)

A space to reconnect with movement, presence, expression, and the part of yourself that no longer needs to perform.

In a world driven by productivity, pressure, and constant stimulation, many of us have forgotten what it feels like to truly play — to move freely, express openly, and connect without needing to get anything right.

PLAY is an immersive movement and connection experience designed to help you let go of self-consciousness, reconnect with your body, and rediscover the freedom of authentic expression.

Blending elements of movement exploration, nervous system regulation, freeform dance, human connection, music, and guided experiential exercises, this session invites you to step out of your head and back into the present moment.

    Throughout the experience, we’ll explore:

    • Grounding & nervous system regulation
    • Playful partner and group connection exercises
    • Movement exploration and expression
    • Collective energy, sound, and release
    • Reflection, integration, and authentic sharing

This is not a dance class.
There are no steps to learn.
    No experience required.
    No performance expected.

    Only an invitation:
to move, feel, connect, and play.

    Some people may experience joy.
    Some may experience release.
Some may simply reconnect with a part of themselves they haven’t felt in a long time.

    Come as you are.

Human Lab creates experiences designed to explore human potential, authentic connection, and what it means to feel fully alive.

ps: Update - I wanted to give a more progressive experience so instead of just one session, I'm creating 3 sessions finishing off with the session I had originally scheduled for today to Wednesday :)
