Functional Age Talk + Live Assessment

Most people know their chronological age.
Very few know their functional age.

AgeFlex is a live experience exploring how modern functional testing can help reveal how well your body is truly aging — beyond what the scale, mirror, or birthday tells you.

This session combines a short educational talk with a guided Functional Age assessment experience using evidence-based physical tests linked to longevity, physical resilience, and long-term health outcomes.

We'll participate in a series of simple but revealing assessments designed to evaluate different aspects of physical function.

Tests may include:

• Balance & stability

• Grip strength

• Mobility & flexibility

• Cardiovascular recovery

• Push-up or squat capacity

• Reaction speed & coordination

• Functional movement assessments

This is not a fitness competition.
You do not need to be athletic or experienced to participate.

The goal is awareness, education, and creating a clearer picture of where your body is currently at — and where it may be heading over time.
