What if we learned from Nature when designing our organizational structures and legal containers? This workshop means to:

• bring together lawyers, engineers and bio-scientists;

• share knowledge and collaboration tools to design better legal structures;

• discuss multi-jurisdictional modular org-structures which could work for transnational projects; and

• include DAO and Web3 considerations.
