I will do a 15 minute presentation on the topic and share some key foundational components to building teams in startups and doing diligence when it comes to documenting processes, systems and experiments accordingly.

And then I am going to open the conversation so we can share more information on how can we best put our foot forward towards leading beyond being managers or company founders.
