Ecstatic Dance

In Ecstatic Dance we practice attuning to rhythm and moving freely wherever the music takes us, opening to possibilities for play, trance and ecstasy. Dancers are free connect to their own body and emotions, while also sharing the floor and being able to connect with one another. Together we create a safe space where everyone is able to deepen their experience, try new things and push their edges! No Expectations, No Judgements…Just Be Yourself; With Respect for Ourselves, the Space, and One Another...We dance in silence and barefoot, as we are...with no drugs or alcohol, phones or video/cameras.
